However, we'd like to reassure you that as a local, family business we are doing all we can to protect our customers, staff and suppliers in this unprecedented situation.
We've made a number of adjustments to our business operations, based on the advice of the Australian Government and Health Authorities, so we can continue to provide you excellent customer service in the safest possible manner.
While we've always maintained strong hygiene procedures we've now increased the routine cleaning of surfaces across our reception area and workshop, our technicians continue to use best hygiene practices, including use of gloves and protective seat covers, with additional sanitisation of relevant surfaces undertaken prior to vehicle handover to owners. Plus, our team are committed to following best practice for health, hygiene, and personal distancing.
In addition to these measures, we are further committed to providing options to our customers, including:
- Pick up and drop off services where possible
- Remote payment service via phone or online banking
- We'll meet you at your car in our carpark if you choose not to enter our reception area
